Deborah Leben is the owner of DL Coaching and Connections. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, she offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, accelerating your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, she can lead you and your team in the desired direction and get results, bridging the gap from where you are to where you want to be.

She enjoyed a 30-year career in forensic science in the federal government and loved her career. She met amazing leaders along the way and learned that you can achieve anything you set out to do if you believe that YOU CAN do it. It is all in what YOU believe. Norman Vincent Peale says it well: “Change your thoughts and you change your world.”

When she was promoted to leadership positions, she learned through one-on-one meetings, that most people did not have goals and were just working for a paycheck. This is why she is so passionate about coaching and professional development because it provides tools to communicate effectively and a plan that gives you the confidence to live differently.

She works with executive teams on strategies for hiring, retention, and enhancing employee experience because the customer experience is the employee experience, hands down.

As a resilience coach, she is hired to move teams to work in their strengths and work intentionally and with purpose. “Nobody finishes well by accident.” John C. Maxwell, Intentional Living: Choosing a Life That Matters .
